The shooter must start standing, 3m behind the shooting line.  There are 4 steel silhouette targets (50m, 100m, 200m and 300m).

The shooter must be timed.  On the RO signal, the timer should start and the shooter may begin.  The shooter can shoot from prone from the shooting line.

The Shooter must fire 2 shots at each of the targets.  The shooter will fire 8 shots in total.  The timer will be stopped when the last shot is fired.

Each hit on a target is 5 points.  The shooter will lose points for time, at the rate of 1 point for each 10 seconds elapsed.
